As an Operations Manager at Export Trading Group, I manage the production process and engineering activities of a leading FMCGs and tea company. I have more than six years of experience in production and operations management, quality control, manufacturing, packaging, and distribution in various industries, including tea, food and beverages, and design. I graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology/Technician from Anna University Chennai in 2013. I am skilled in lean manufacturing, labour management, system management, risk management, workforce management, tea tasting, blending, and packaging, and continuous improvement. I am a good team player with strong interpersonal and analytical skills, capable of multi-tasking with excellent work ethics.
