Athletic Movement Protocol

•	Train youth, high school, college, and adult athletes in strength and speed & agility.
•	Design and implement performance programs to ensure clients goals are being met. 
•	Collaborate within a team of PT’s, ATC’s and other strength coaches.

Strength Conditioning Coach

Biomechanics lab

-Collected and interpreted data on the rate of force development and knee stability on the a multi joint isokinetic dynamometer.
-Presenting research at the National Conference on Undergraduate Research at The University Of Central Oklahoma on rate of force development.
-Familiarized myself using equipment such as isokinetic dynamometer, force platforms, and motion capture software.

Research Assistant

State University of New York College at Brockport

-Monitored the fitness center while assisting members with exercises.
-Sold memberships and passes at customer service desk.
-Supervised events such as wrestling matches, track&field meets, and hockey games. 
-CPR/AED certified

Facilities Operations

I am the cofounder and former president of the Brockport Barbell Club. It is a student organization affiliated with The College at Brockport. The club and I promoted health and wellness, strength and an active lifestyle throughout the campus. We helped all types of  students with exercise technique and programming. We also encouraged any level of student whether beginner and advanced to join us in exercising together to establish a positive and welcoming environment.

Cofounder & President-Brockport Barbell Club

I am an energetic and passionate person who strives to help working professionals reach there rehabilitation and performance goals through physical therapy and strength and conditioning. I specialize in orthopedics, sports medicine rehabilitation, and unlocking your true potential through exercise and rehabilitation. 

Beyond physical therapy, I enjoy building strategic partnerships in order to improve existing products and services.
