Recently, at Salesforce Raidhy worked closely with executives at the Growth and Personalization team, and the Digital Experimentation & Analytics team supporting the Web Analytics and Demand Lead Generation efforts enhancing exceptional online customer experience, and monitoring the performance of the marketing pipeline globally, while adapting best practices for their data storytelling among SFDC, Google Analytics tools, etc. Previously, at Uber, Raidhy worked closely with Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager II and Sales Operation Analyst supporting Uber For Business (U4B) marketing and advanced analytics practices to ensure smooth CRM operations both for Marketing and Sales teams by enhancing Uber's global brand awareness and assuring the excellent functionality of other programs and tasks. Raidhy previously worked in data governance and customer service-related roles in the past. In 2021, Raidhy earned a dual postgraduate degree in International Marketing and Business Analytics from Hult International Business School (Boston Campus). She honed her talents in data visualization, optimization, CRM integration, and advanced analytics. Previously, she earned her bachelor's in international business from UNAPEC University.
