Today’s focus: our company org chart.

When I worked in corporate and went through thousands of org charts (especially while leading the Global Banding Project), I never felt their importance as acutely as I do now. Over the past year, I’ve learned that “agile structure” is not the same as “no structure.”

Of course, we’d love everyone on the team to jump in, cross boundaries, and get things done — even if it’s not written anywhere. But the truth is: structure — an agile, living one — is essential.

My banking experience didn’t fully prepare me for envisioning a B2B SaaS company setup, but luckily, there’s plenty of material, case studies, and experience to draw from. 
So here I am — mapping our org chart across stages:

📍 Stage 1: 0–10 employees
📍 Stage 2: up to 50 employees
📍 Stage 3: beyond 50 employees

Lesson learned: This should have been done from day zero.

👉 Don’t underestimate the power of your org chart. It’s not bureaucracy — it’s the backbone of agility.
