*Post issuing a new policy or servicing an existing policy or renewal, document the policies with all the information pertaining to the risk apart from the information available on the application, send Insurance confirmation (cover note) to the insured, interested parties and some third parties such as lawyers, dealerships etc.
*Interact with senior underwriters in Canada for risks over my binding authority.
*Interact with underwriters of other insurance companies in case of any discrepancy in the insurance reports, and interact with other third parties like lawyers, vehicle dealerships and mortgage companies to collect some additional information about the risk.
*Provided after sales assistance and ensured customer satisfaction.
*Identify new ways to increase the opportunities of sales and service.
*Handle escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries, as required.
