Screening of resumes, interviewing and short-listing of Candidates and scheduling interviews of the short-listed candidates with Clients .Finding the suitable profiles to requirements and Coordinating interviews with short listed candidates. Active role in onboarding paperwork for the candidates and completion of BGV process. Hands on experience with VMS.
• Database maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES :-
Identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail and the Internet to determine skills, experience, preferences and availability. 

Search resumes in various available Job Portals. 

Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidates experience and meets requirement. 

Match the profile of the candidate on technical and behavioral grounds. 

Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level. 

Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position. 

Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies and close the position. 

Submit the qualified candidates to assigned clients.
