B3 is a new label to the Indian market that specializes in designing luxury jackets for the fashion conscious woman. Each jacket is carefully crafted in our studio in New Delhi, India.

B3 Jackets provide the tradition of a beautifully tailored jacket shaped to fit the contours of women and then styled with beautiful linings, the feature, creating a jacket that not only shows attention to detail but continues to excite and define the uniqueness of a B3 Jacket.

Each B3 Jacket is designed in Europe with a theme in mind, strong names that make a statement, much like the jackets themselves.

1. Planning, Directing, Implementing the new methods for development of existing and new clients.
2. Contracting with Schools to develop and manage School Uniform shop inside the school premises. 
3. New Product, fit development, evaluating apparel fit, managing balance between buyers apparel constructions need, Researched current trends, expression of fit and construction standards.
4. Planning & assuring right product development & assuring roadblocks in product development stages.
5. Analysing the market trends and forecasting for the coming season.
6. Maintaining the profitability of the company by meeting forecasted sales for the season.
7. Training new employees and motivating them to be an independent decision maker.
8. Assist in developing range of garments and uniforms for exhibitions & for our international clients.
9. Developed & planned new production procedures to meet timely deliveries.
10. Attend retail clients & develop new marketing strategies for improving sales.

Worked as a Sr. Business Analyst and heading the requirements team of India and Requirements specialist for their Captive Product Suite. Played an Instrumental role in Defining the Release Process for all implementations, change requests and product enhancements and in standardizing various product/projects documentation.

 I was entrusted as Product Innovator of “Captivate”, a standalone franchise recruitment system that assist franchisers in improving their franchise recruiting offering by 100 – 200%.

 I worked in designing & upgrading the “Franchise Management System” with new features & functions, that was a valuable extension to the existing product range that the company hosts.
