- Drive product development, strategy, vision and execution across three key client facing apps/sites. Leading 3 multi-disciplinary teams comprising 12developers, 4 testers, 2 designers, 1 marketing manager and 1 APM.
- Successfully launched a redesigned user driven visualization platform toempower the users that contributed to the 40% of the total annual revenue.
- Following the above mentioned milestone, secured another contract whichis one of the biggest sales opportunity this year worth $1M for a customsolution.
- Instituted OKR based product road mapping and coached the teamthroughout the required cultural change. This helped teams align their
objectives, better handle dependencies and enhanced the team's overallefficiency by 25%.
- Communicate product vision, OKRs with senior management/stakeholders,and provide the report on the progress.
- Key visionary in implementing subscription based models for the company'svisualization application which gained customer adoption.

- Shipped a business communication platform along with mobile apps,including persistent chat rooms (channels) organized by private groups, anddirect messaging, which increased participation between the support teamand the customers leading to a reduction of the support time by 26% and9% of growth in income.
- Introduced an automated solution that can calculate key performanceindicators to measure rig performance. The solution was adapted by 3 majoroil and gas companies that led to 20% increase in cost savings and 18%
improvement in performance efficiency.
- Collected data-backed feedback from users to bring continuousimprovements in my product which increased NPS by 14%.
- Travelled across global offices visiting multiple clients (US, Saudi, Bahrain,
UAE, Algeria)

Product Manager

- Responsible for process improvements and maintaining a full-fledged Real-Time Operations Centre (RTOC) liaising with different
departments (Operations, ICT, Development, Interface, Product Management).
- Delegate tasks and set project deadlines and oversee day-to-day teams operation and performance.
- Worked with the product managers to convey the requirements and then delivering the solutions to the operations team once it is
ready.
