⇨ Ensure Staff follows Meet, Greet and Direct and managers proactively resolve customer queries/complaints.
⇨ To make sure timely receipt of allocated stock Ensure all measures are taken to control shrinkage 
⇨ Make sure GC/PI calendar is followed 
⇨ All marketing & promotional activities are executed as per timelines 
⇨ Visual merchandising and planogram guidelines are followed.
⇨ Ensure all employees are inducted within the timelines as per career passport
⇨ Ensure staff retention and engagement is high through motivation, coaching and guiding. 
⇨ Staff productivity is maintained as per targets set 
⇨ Responsible for organizing tasks and managing work schedules and attendance efficiently.
⇨ Coordination with third party agencies for housekeeping and security staff 
⇨ Ensure the store achieves audit ratings as per the norms
⇨ Action plans are executed based on mystery audit findings 
⇨ Adherence to brand standards and SOP
