With over two decades of expertise in Public Health, including Reproductive, Maternal, New-born, Child, and Adolescent Health Plus Nutrition (RMNCAH+N), Immunization, HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Malaria, Lymphatic Filariasis, Leprosy, and Neglected Tropical Diseases, I am a management professional who is curious, entrepreneurial, and result oriented. As a team player, I am adept at working independently and managing grants funded by various international and corporate donors, some of the major donors IPPF, BLF, ALM, USAID, EU, GFATM, IKEA, BMGF, Reckitt, LEGO. I possess a proven ability to liaise with the government, advocate policies, influence decision-making, and lobby elected representatives. I have managed the operations of diverse development projects and programs in collaboration with the Governments of Madhya Pradesh (1995-99 & 2009-19), Chhattisgarh (1999-09), Gujarat (2001), Maharashtra (2019-2023) and presently in Odisha and Uttar Pradesh states. I possess exceptional skills in project implementation management, community mobilization, stakeholder participation, and public-private partnerships, which contribute to the sustainable development of programs and projects. My voluntary service and accomplishments include receiving the 'YOUTH AWARD' for rural development in 1992-93 from Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India.
