As an Instructional Designer and a Speaker, I define my mission as empowering every person and every organisation on the planet to achieve more. I wake up every day to discover, inspire, and accelerate the potential of human beings. I strongly believe that SUCCESS is our BIRTHRIGHT. And each one of us deserve to be successful. With that belief and a deep calling, I started my professional career in Learning and Development as a certified Soft-skill Trainer at the age of 18. What a great choice of a profession it has been for me! From then, I have persistently worked on creating a few trainings and conducted introductory classes to bring in people, when I was not even aware of what ADDIE or pitching and selling is all about. One month from then, my training programmes started to go boom in the public. I have conducted six public batches which has empowered 85% of my participants. Infact, a few of them even switched their career to Learning and Development. That’s when I realised, all you need to have is that willingness to help each other to move forward. Yes, subject knowledge is equally important, but your willingness to do tops it. To share this message among the youths, I organised a Youth Development Conference in South India, which gave me an edge over the entire trainers' fraternity. From then, I have given many keynotes in Schools, Universities and Corporates not just in my city, but a few more including Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. As learning keeps me alive, I got into Instructional Designing to learn more on how I can help people to achieve more. It’s been 5+ years now and I have worked with start-ups to fortune 500’s in developing engaging and result-oriented learnings.
