Apart from some major inventions, technology has always changed the 'How' part of the current things. 'WHAT' has remained same but with technology 'HOW' has got changed. To explain this, I had written the book ' DRIVING DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION'. This is an Amazon best seller & has been sold in 20+ countries. I am a TEDx speaker. My TEDx talk on 'How Digital Transformation is going to help the common person'. was widely appreciated & had been watched across the globe. I am part of the PSAI (Professional Speaker Association of India) & have spoken on various platforms & universities. TECH from IIT-BHU. I joined Infosys in 1995. From day 1, I got the opportunity to work on Infosys’s FINACLE suite of Products. With more than 26 years of experience in Infosys FINACLE, I had developed new products & played various roles, from Strategy, Product evangelization, Product Development & implementation of these product across globe. I had implemented Agile & DevOps practices in FINACLE Product. I am a certified SAFe 4.0 (Scaled Agile Framework) Agilist. I had successfully executed business transformation program to achieve agility across various functions. As part of this transformation program, I came up mental models of the organization and cultivated the habit of system thinking in organization. This had helped in successfully changing the culture of organization & transformed the Product team into an Agile & Learning Organization. Current I am playing pivotal role in digital banking transformation strategy and development of various products, which will help banks in becoming really digital. I had developed many products in Wealth management & Corporate banking domain from scratch. I am an Avid book reader, with personal library of 800+ books. I also mentors IIM graduates in Software Product Principles. I am part of International Toastmaster Club and won many awards here.
