After spending 10 years in the IT Services industry with IBM building strong project, team, and customer relationship skills, I decided to seek out a company with a culture and purpose I would find much more fulfilling. Luckily I found Lulu which not only had a fun, laid-back work environment, but also was doing amazing things for people all over the world. I also found a discipline, Agile software development, which built on my project management experience, but provided a much more exciting, much more effective, much more productive use of all the talents of technical teams. Then I was fortunate enough to land at Red Hat, where I managed a team of skilled software developers, QA engineers, environment managers, application analysts, and business analysts who provide innovative solutions focused on sales.
