As the Chairman of the work stream Business Operations (since September 2015) I'm responsible for processing, handling and closing of all incoming RFA's from the Employer. Leading a small team we assess all RfA's and give (conditional) advice when asked or needed, preferably within the requested timelines.

As an addition to the ASM role I’m working as a Customer Success Manager for multiple customers as well. In this additional role, I’m responsible for: 
•	Managing the complete customer lifecycle of onboarding, adoption, expansion and renewal
•	Striving to continually drive faster “time to value” and improve overall customer experience 
•	Understanding customer's objectives and how they translate to outcomes
•	Ensuring proper delivery, onboarding and adoption of products and services, conduct ongoing operational reviews

The role of Account Support Manager (ASM) is a named contract assigned local resource, and leads the account delivery team for that contract. An ASM is responsible for:
•	Developing and maintaining a strong trusted relationship with assigned customers, and the overall service experience from HPE
•	Acting as a partner who manages the delivery of contracted proactive support related services 
•	Onsite IT consultancy with broad multi-technology knowledge 
•	Ability to understand the customers IT end to end and broker engagement of deeply technical back-end resources when required
•	Being an interface for customers in planning service improvements 
•	Monitoring the actual service level compared with the Service Level Agreement (defined in the Statement of Work), cost of delivery 
•	Revenue growth through upselling opportunities, profitability, and contract retention
