Hi - welcome! :) I am a sales veteran professional with more than 18 years of experience in Technology, Customer Service, Sales Development, B2B-Sales, SaaS-Sales. Among other roles I was an entrepreneur - the ATS Agency was a full-service sales agency I founded in 2009 - spezialized in Start-up Sales. My experience are: • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. • Create and implement effective sales strategies and lead sales support personnel (inside-sales and sales-ops staff) toward achievement of corporate sales objectives. • Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action and correct when necessary. • Providing sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning. • Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training and development of sales reps. • Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews. • Proactively identify changes in the sales (SaaS-) markets and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly. • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. • Manage to hit/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts. • Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (f.e. Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Service) to address key business issues and opportunities. • Attend industry meetings and conferences. In my private life, I am an artist and member of the international art duo “rhmix”. I try to find new structures and aesthetic solutions for each project I work on.
