Led several missions as IT strategy senior consultant for various organization including banking (La Banque Postale), Energy (GRDF), government (DISIC) and real estate (Sodiac). I was also in charge of ISlean Consulting marketing, including website management and offer framework.

- Energy sector - Reorganization of CRM management team
 Audited the organization and defined the new governance 
 Subsequently retendered all external support in order to rationalize the supply chain
