Project lead on the department Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) initiative.
Counterterrorism Trainer/Instructor, CBRNE specialist. A 20-year veteran of the New York City Police Department assigned to the Counterterrorism Bureau as a member of the Counterterrorism Division CBRNE/Special Projects team. Duties include mitigation and response to CBRNE threats and delivery methods with a focus on UAS/Drones.
Instructor for the Counterterrorism Bureau, teaching a wide range of terrorism-related topics to diverse students, ranging from the Citizen Police Academy, outside agencies, private sector partners, and seasoned officers looking to learn about new threats and tactics posed by different terrorist adversaries.
The NYPD Counterterrorism C-UAS program was created in 2014 and was the first of its kind at the state and local levels. It served as a template for numerous agencies, both domestically and internationally. I started the program and served as the project lead until I retired in 2021.
I was responsible for the following (all specific to densely populated urban environments): 
o	Developing Concepts of Operations
o	Developing Operational Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures
o	Technology R&D, T&E, and acquisition
o	Creating, maintaining, and administering training for law enforcement personnel, federal partners, and the private sector, focusing on preventing and responding to possible CBRNE UAS attacks.
