My life's motto is simple: Love and be Loved. I have gone through a lot. Fled a war, overcome depression, been homeless. The biggest lesson throughout all of this is LOVE. However corny or cliche this sounds. Loving and Laughing is what makes us Human, it is what we know from birth! So I try to bring that with me, wherever I go. That is why I love it so much to help people who feel stuck in their own lives. Whether they are struggling with depression, a burnout, anxiety, or anything in between. The moment when they break through that old version of themselves, and return back to their own Power, their own LOVE, their own Humor... That is the moment that is invaluable to me. I would love to help you personally, or your company in finding the right tools for you, to overcome and prevent these things I mentioned above.
