PROJECT TEAM LEADER

PRIVATE CONTRACTOR (PROVINCIAL BASE)

•	Job Description:
	Job includes key areas such as field engineering, file procurement, construction activities, facility start up, and project close out;
	Implement effective and safe execution of project construction work to ensure completion of the project as specified, on time and within budget;
	Responds quickly and effectively to unusual or emergency situation as they arise;
	Review project resources (materials, equipment, and labor) regularly; ensuring that all resources are properly matched to the work load and schedule;
	Establish quality control procedures; ensuring quality construction in accordance with the plan and specification.
	Promptly inform company management of any unusual construction events or problems to keep them current on unforeseen field events and recommend solution and;
	Performs other related function that the management may assign from time to time.

PROJECT ENGINEER / SUPERVISOR

MAKATI DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (MDC)

•	Job Description:
	Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements 
	Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules 
	Prepare project organization and communication charts 
	Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members 
	Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades 
	Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures 
	Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team 
	Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner 
	Review field inspection reports from Consultants throughout the lifecycle of the project 
	Issue Contracts, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders, etc. 
	Maintain Contract Execution Tracking Log 
	Assist the PM in the review of Contractor quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval 
	Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database 
	Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained 
	Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others 
	Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations

PROJECT COORDINATOR

•	Job Description:
	Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work tasked 
	Report to the manager/engineer in charge and perform work task assigned 
	Monitor modeling/update drawing/ inform Project Manager if there is any changes 
	Liaise with architect 
	Input finishing with more details (if any) 
	Monitor/checking if there is any crashing 
	Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule. 
	Produce shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/manager 
	Able to produce revised shop drawing within one week upon receiving commented drawing. 
	Familiar with program: Revit Archi and Revit MEP for drawing 
	Familiar with program: Navis for checking the drawing

BUILDING INFORMATION MODELER (REVIT MODELER)

•	Job Description:
	Render all types of drafting works;
	Assist in the preparation of working drawing required in the implementation of the project;
	Prepare plans and working drawings required;
	Prepare as-built plans;
	Assist in the preparation of documents, catalogues and other pertinent references that are required in the performance of architectural design functions;
	Ensure the implementation of the quality plans and objectives of the department and project assignment; and 
	Perform tasks in accordance with the processes defined in the company’s QEHSMS Manual.
