Currently, Ralph serves as Managing Member for Lexington Capital Management, LLC, a tax and financial services consulting firm with offices in NY, NJ and Florida. Ralph’s experience spans across Start-Ups, Family Offices and the management of Real Estate. Ralph was also the Co-Host of the Entrepreneur CEO Show, a weekly national radio program. Ralph has owned and operated over 10 businesses including Bintro and Manhattan Scientifics. He’s also on the board of a number of companies across various industries and the non-for-profits Robert Wood Johnson Charitable Board, Alzheimer's Of New Jersey and CPC Behavioral. He was previously on the Board of Trustees at Rider University. Ralph has performed due diligence for a number of private and public mergers and acquisitions (M&A). This includes: Cash flow analysis, Big Data, tax structure and many accounting and tax issues regarding M&A. Ralph is also serving as interim CFO for a Bitcoin/Block-Chain company.
