🤓 My Corporate Innovation Journey started in 2017 when I was part of the core team who created the intrapreneurship program called 'Swisscom KICKBOX'. After having coached hundreds of intrapreneurs at Swisscom, we brought it as a product to market. 🎢 To unleash the full potential of the program, my Co-founders and I decided to spin it out and start our own company. rready provides SaaS-solutions to enable companies to start and scale their intrapreneurial initiatives by leveraging the biggest asset every company has: its employees. 🌿 Most companies fear high costs and struggle with giving their employees freedom to create their own projects. The KICKBOX method provides a learning environment and playful approach towards new business ideas and process improvements. During a defined and limited period, employees validate their idea through a step by step process.. This eliminates "bad" ideas. What remains are compelling projects, motivated champions who want to drive the project forward and many learnings. 📚 In my role as Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer, I built up the Growth team responsible for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. In 2024, I transitioned into the role of the COO leading the executive team, setting strategy, and ensure its implementation. In addition, I took over the Product Lead setting its strategy and defining the roadmap.
