Every EMBA module tells a #story and builds upon each cohort's unique experience in this programme, bringing the students closer to reaching their professional and personal goals. In today's fast-paced world, where success is often equated with perpetual motion and ceaseless productivity, the idea of taking a break from one's career can seem daunting. However, there is a growing recognition of the importance of pausing, of hitting the "pause" button on our professional lives to reassess, recharge, and ultimately, to grow. 🌱

Amidst the relentless pursuit of success, there comes a moment of realization – a recognition of the need to pause, to step back and reflect. Having the courage to publish the fact that I’m on a job break on LinkedIn was empowering. It was an acknowledgment of my commitment to personal growth and authenticity. 

For many, the decision to take a break is fraught with financial concerns and familial responsibilities. Yet, in the face of such pressures, the courage to pause becomes essential.
