As part of SAP implementation,  
•	Implemented the interface between SAP PM® and Nexus Asset Integrity Management® 
•	Analysed over 4000+ SAP PM Task types using Power BI for identifying tasks associated with Mechanical Equipment.
•	Data mapping for integration between Nexus Asset Integrity Management® & SAP PM®
•	Created a lookup table to filter tasks associated with Nexus.

SAP PM Interface Analyst

I started assisting the Joint venture team voluntarily perform the following activities in addition to my regular business analyst duties, My duties for the APLNG Joint Venture team are listed below.

Support the APLNG JV Interface Lead to keep the APLNG JV Communications Protocol document and associated register of approved information sharing/interactions current and up-to-date.

Provide support to ensure Upstream Operator’s and CSG Marketing Agent’s compliance with the APLNG contracts governance process. 

Review APLNG Board, Board Sub-Committee, and APLNG CEO papers to ensure compliance with APLNG requirements and, where necessary, review and challenge the content of the papers.

Assist in managing Upstream Operator’s and CSG Marketing Agent’s responses to any Board and Board Sub-Committee paper question tracker processes.

Supports the approvals and governance function for the Upstream Operator and CSG Marketing Agent.

Development and maintenance of process improvement initiatives aimed at improving the quality, consistency and efficiency of interactions with the APLNG Corporate Office and APLNG shareholders.

APLNG JV Interface Analyst

As a Business analyst, I worked on the implementation of Engineering data Hub as a single source of truth for engineering data associated with Assets and Assets tag by interfacing with various Asset management and data systems such as CMMS, ECM, GIS & SCOW. In this project my responsibilities include

•	Creating Asset Hierarchy as per CFIHOS standard so that any new Asset Management system can adopt the hierarchy.
•	Develop a data governance framework for developing a single source of truth & interfacing with various sources & consumers of data.
•	Prepared High-level System Integration diagram using MS Visio for Engineering data Hub.
•	Coordinate management of interfaces (especially custom interfaces), between key applications in the Asset data landscape to ensure seamless flow of data across applications and processes by bringing together Origin infrastructure teams, functional teams, and Process Stewards & Data Stewards.
•	Identify Data Owners and work closely with them for the upkeep of critical data elements in the Engineering, Maintenance Production, and HSSE
•	Develop Business Process in Promapp for creating, maintaining & disposing of data.

Business Analyst (Engineering Data Management )

As a Business Analyst, I worked on the implementation of OpenText xECM migrating Engineering documents spread across different document management systems such as Team binder & OpenText. In this project my responsibilities include
•	Preparation High level Functional & Non-Functional requirements document for Enterprise Content Management implementation.
•	Conducted Requirement Gathering Workshops to elicit requirements for the development team.
•	Perform MOSCOW Analysis & get approval from stakeholders.
•	Prepared EPIC (High-Level Requirements), Use Cases,User Stories (Detailed requirements in JIRA)
•	Create UAT Storyboards in Visio for Tester to develop test scripts.for different release plans & Testing tool (Zephyr) for requirement traceability.
•	Conduct UAT for xECM OpenText using detailed prescriptive test scripts developed from User stories for the user to test the cases & think of possible alternate scenarios.
•	Prepare data mapping for data migration from existing document management systems to new xECM OpenText ECM Platform.
