Per Date, I was able to hire and onboard employees across all towers of AECOM GBS (Finance, Corporate, Marketing and Communications, Project Controls, HRSC - mixed of Niche, Volume Hirings, and Graduate Trainee roles) during these years:
• 2019 - 19 employees
• 2020 - 73 employees
• 2021 - 83 employees
• 2022 - 111 employees
• 2023 - 29 employees and counting!

Also, I can process and close requisitions in less than 90 days (standard recruitment cycle) upon receiving the request and calibration from hiring managers/stakeholders.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
• Calibration with stakeholders/hiring managers upon receiving the requisition.
• Posting job ads to different social media platforms (ex. Jobstreet, Facebook, etc) as well as promoting open requisitions to employees of AECOM GBS by sending ERP and IJP e-mail announcements to have a strong recruitment pipeline.
• Sourcing candidates to all recruitment pipelines and utilizing internal Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Conduct initial interviews with those candidates that passed the initial paper screening.
• Endorsing qualified candidates to stakeholders/hiring managers for their further screening.
• Scheduling and coordinating with both candidates and stakeholders/hiring manager for interviews.
• Creating and preparing salary recommendations for those candidates identified for the role.
• Discussing approved job offer amount with the candidates.
• Facilitating weekly and fortnightly update calls to all assigned stakeholders/hiring managers to give them an update regarding their requisitions (Stakeholder Management). 
• Prepares report as accurately as possible for stakeholders/hiring manager's reference.
• Working closely with our 3rd party vendors / RPOs for some niche roles needed - Mandarin, Spanish, and French-speaking candidates (Bilingual).
• Discussing Employee Referral Program and Internal Job Posting process of AECOM GBS to new hires during their New Hire Orientation.
