My excellent communication skills help me build up a strong customer and internal network. In addition to these communication skills, my experience as a leader in a team sport for several years enables me to build up high performing teams with great team spirit that deliver on their commitments on time. 

By using a Design Thinking methodology, I am able to find the root cause of a problem and by an iterative process with customers I am able to define a backlog that allows a short development release cycle that matches the customer expectations. 

A problem solving mind-set keeps me motivated and supports me in finding new ways to improve processes, products and customer satisfaction.

Not Britney. Meta.

Workers at a subcontractor in Kenya were reviewing footage from customers' AI smart glasses. Nudity. People having sex. People on the toilet.

7 million people bought these glasses in 2025. The footage was fed into a data pipeline. No opt-out.

The marketing promise? "Designed for privacy, controlled by you."

Meta's response? "We sometimes use contractors to review this data to improve people's experience, as many other companies do."

Same Meta. Same pattern. €251M in GDPR fines and counting.

Let's be honest. We all know it. And we still use WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook every single day. I do too. But at some point, you have to ask yourself: how many "oops" moments until enough is enough?

"Sorry, we'll do better next time" just doesn't cut it anymore. I'm really annoyed. 

Privacy is not a tagline. It's an engineering decision. And a mindset.
