In addition to these communication skills, my experience as a leader in a team sport for several years enables me to build up high performing teams with great team spirit that deliver on their commitments on time. By using a Design Thinking methodology, I am able to find the root cause of a problem and by an iterative process with customers I am able to define a backlog that allows a short development release cycle that matches the customer expectations. A problem solving mind-set keeps me motivated and supports me in finding new ways to improve processes, products and customer satisfaction.
