Advanced Services Company

Formulated a new holistic communication framework for the company to use in any context with clients ranging from large scale pitches to everyday messaging. The framework helped secure and coordinate 9 out of 10 project pitches.

Supervised a team of 5 event management professionals to run 10+ projects and events with minimal friction for prestigious names such as Formula 1 and Bentley.

Involved with the design, communication, and management of client events: 

- PSG vs. Riyadh Season Friendly Match: Executed a full catering service for the match and managed a team within our designated zones. 

- Bentley: Planned and executed the launch event of the new 2023 Bentley Bentayga EWB across the three cities of Riyadh, Jeddah, and Khobar. 

- Dar Al Arkan: Planned and facilitated the content team on-site for the successful grand opening of the Middle Eastern first Bentley Home exhibition. 

- Bentley: Executed the Riyadh Bentley Roadshow. A bespoke experiential marketing campaign for selected VIP clients.

- Formula 1 Grand Prix: Facilitated a smooth entertainment experience throughout the Grand Prix weekend by adapting to schedule and client demand changes. This contributed to delighting the client and securing a future opportunity with them for the company. 

- Joshua vs. Usyk 2: Managed event activations and entertainment talent on-site. Resulting in a smooth and successful occasion with extremely positive reviews from the client. 

- Riyadh Marathon: Managed a team on site during the 2022 Riyadh Marathon, yielding a successful event and a happy client.

Marketing Project Manager

MOSEA

- Collaborated with the marketing team of 4 to design the launch strategy for the application.

- Expanded Mosea’s brand ambassador program by 25%. Screened and interviewed candidates from various big name Canadian Universities.

Brand Marketing Intern

Mercedes-Benz Cars Middle East

- Sponsorship operations for a large-scale breast cancer awareness charity event held in Riyadh. Acted as the liaison between the venue and Mercedes. Worked with the partners to allocate appropriate tiers of the on-sight activations. 

- Identified and tracked campaign KPI’s. Delivered a 15-minute presentation of results to the marketing manager showcasing an increase in car sales and social media engagement.

- Learned the operations and relationship of the marketing and sales teams by performing daily cleric activities.

- Handled Arabic translation for specific clients. Managed their day to day needs and demands. 

- Part of a team that organised a product launch for a client. Responsibilities included venue management, distribution of invitations, advertising activations, and social media work.
