I’m a workforce advocate and distributor of The Good News. With over 2 decades of rich experience in leadership, ministry, coaching, and consulting, I am known for my unwavering dedication to my team. My philosophy centers on going to great lengths to support and uplift those around me, making me a trusted leader and mentor. As an entrepreneur, I have founded two businesses: Exquisite Delights Catering in 2002 and Extreme Logistics in 2007. I’ve helped launch three startups—an internet advertising agency in 2004, a freight transportation company in 2006, and a digital marketing division for Tribune Publishing. In the realm of non-profit work, I've served as Board Chairman for the Church of the Nazarene to leading for Upward Sports, where I managed a team of dozens of volunteers annually. My pastoral work has also allowed me to shepherd a congregation, managing all aspects of parish life and community engagement. As a coach, I've developed a framework that instills a winning mindset, mentoring individuals to unlock their fullest potential. My work as an HCM Consultant has me partnering with HR leaders to devise strategies that have a profound positive impact on the workforce. My journey has also led me to the stage as a speaker, where I've had the privilege of sharing my insights and experiences with diverse audiences at SHRM events, corporate gatherings, churches, and non-profits. I am the author of "Nothing You Can't Do: Surviving the Abyss of Life," a heartfelt narrative that explores overcoming adversity through personal testimony and shared wisdom.
