As the Events and Clubs Lead at Massey University Students Association, I had a pivotal role in supporting student clubs. My responsibilities included:

Training Program Development: I created tailored training programs focusing on leadership, governance, event planning, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. These programs were designed to align with the goals of student clubs.

Training Delivery: I conducted engaging training workshops using various methods like workshops, group activities, and discussions to encourage active participation and a dynamic learning environment.

Support and Guidance: I provided ongoing support, assisting clubs with goal-setting, problem-solving, and decision-making. My role was to offer advice and expertise to help clubs overcome challenges and make informed decisions.

Leadership Development: I nurtured leadership development within student clubs, offering mentorship and guidance to enhance leadership skills and promote effective management techniques.

Collaboration and Networking: I facilitated collaboration and networking opportunities among student clubs, organizing events, workshops, and networking sessions to encourage sharing of ideas and best practices.
