I am a registered ARB architect in the UK and Spain, holding a PhD in digital marketing with a focus on social e-commerce and #Microfoundations, using econometrics from UOC/IN3/Digibiz, where I graduated with excellence cum laude. I also hold an MRes with a major in digital marketing and an MBA with a major in marketing. My professional experience includes roles as an international store format manager, where I have worked as a commercial and retail architect for global store roll-out, real estate, store design and construction, opening of new and re-fitted stores, and operations management. Additionally, I have experience as a customer experience manager, where I was responsible for all aspects of day-to-day running and sales development, improving metrics with the use of KPIs for sales and customer experience, and adding in-store analytics with big data and BI. My experience also includes work in digital marketing, using quantitative and qualitative survey methods, as well as econometrics, behavioural economics research, and digital marketing. I have extensive experience as a project and construction manager for global roll-out programs, including projects for companies such as MANGO, LOEWE, HERMES, JEAN PAUL GAULTIER, DUFRY, ARMANI travel retail, COACH travel retail, FERRAGAMO travel retail, JUICY COUTURE travel retail, VICTORIA SECRET travel retail, PANDORA and RALPH LAUREN. I have also worked as a design, construction, and operations manager for VODAFONE and ONO in Spain, and as a retrofit manager for CARREFUR, ALDI, DIA, CONSUM, and BOM PREU. In addition, I have experience as a project manager for EL Corte Ingles, as well as a facilities manager and workplace consultant for PHILIPS. Overall, I have completed over 1000 projects in more than 45 countries across 5 continents, and I possess extensive knowledge in branded environments, customer experience, retail design, and project management. I am accustomed to working in stressful situations and delivering projects within tight deadlines. Leadership and multitasking are essential aspects of my job, and I am continuously sought after to solve problems, with a focus on daily monitoring to remove obstacles. I have excellent communication skills and am used to working in multicultural environments, with the ability to adapt quickly to different cultures.
