•	Project-wise Revenue and Cost Analysis
•	Preparation of quarterly management accounts for management information and review.
•	Liaison with Internal & External Auditors and furnishing necessary documents and reports as per their requirements. Meeting with the Audit team to review, explain and resolve audit observations and queries.
•	Variance Analysis of Actual vs Budgeted Cost of projects; highlighting major areas of concern, investigating reasons for variation; suggesting corrective measures and remedial action.
•	Analysis and interpretation of Financial Statements using Financial Ratios
•	Assist the management in formulating policies and procedures and consistent implementation thereof to attain organizational goals.
•	Implementation of stringent internal controls to ensure the accuracy and transparency of financial data.  
•	Recommendations and suggestions to the management for minimization of cost and maximization of profits through optimal utilization of resources.
•	Liaison with the Banks and provide all the requisite information and documents related to project financing, Renewal of financing facilities, Project progress reports, Management Accounts and Audited Financial Statements.
•	Preparing cash flows and finalizing payment plan in consultation with Director 
•	Review and verification of Staff & Labor Payroll
•	Reconciliation with the Clients, Suppliers & Sub-Contractors
•	Supervising the team of Accounts & Finance Department
•	Training & Development of staff
•	Visiting the project site and meeting with the department heads to seek first-hand knowledge about the project progress, bottlenecks, procedural delays, optimization of Manpower & Equipment deployment; action plan for rationalization of project cost in line with the project budget.
