As a Senior PPC Manager at Mantaro Brands, my primary focus lies in devising and executing paid advertising strategies across the company's diverse portfolio. This entails analyzing and determining the optimal mix of ad types and structures, while assessing ad performance across various marketing channels, such as Amazon, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. In addition, I am tasked with projecting growth forecasts, monitoring KPIs at SKU, brand, and portfolio levels, and implementing and managing workflows across all performance marketing channels. My role also includes training new team members and creating SOPs for onboarding. Before joining Mantaro, I served as an Advertising POD Leader at My Amazon Guy (MAG), where I managed high-performing accounts generating over $1M in monthly sales. I was responsible for driving growth while maintaining ACOS and TACOS within target ranges. Alongside account management, I led a team of interns and Junior Ads specialists, focusing on troubleshooting, account success, and skill development. Earlier in my career, I held positions as an Advertising Specialist and Jr. Advertising Specialist, managing PPC and growing accounts through optimization and innovative strategies. These roles allowed me to gain valuable experience in growth, skill development, and training, ultimately refining my abilities and communication skills. With over five years of experience in Amazon PPC, Amazon Listing Optimization, Amazon keyword research, and Amazon Catalog Management, I have honed my expertise in Amazon Advertising. Prior to this, I worked in Digital Marketing, specifically focusing on Facebook Marketing, Instagram Marketing, and Google Ads.
