Randall is a Global Supply Manager on the interiors & raw materials team at Tesla. He works along side supplier industrialization engineers, design engineers, and Tesla’s design studio team supporting the global supply chain of artificial leather (PUR) for existing and future programs. Randall was formerly the Co-Founder & CEO of Miravel, a Los Angeles-based technology startup working to empower people everywhere to lead healthy and sustainable lives by making it easier for them to grow fresh food in their everyday environment. Randall has 8+ years of experience managing product development, building supply chains, designing innovative products, building brands, and creating meaningful customer relationships. He is a named inventor on Miravel's Wall Garden Patent (Autonomous Wall Mounted Garden, Serial No: 63/248,138, Date: September 24, 2021) and has been recognized in forums such as Entrepreneur Magazine, Medium, The "All-In Podcast" with Nate Peo, Paradigm, The Nomadic, Las Vegas Review-Journal, Pepperdine University's Highly Promising Company List, Quake Capital's West Coast Challenge, UCLA Anderson's Impactathon, Start U, Bruin Tank, and more.
