Lead IT team. In charge of all areas of IT from Data Base management to Network Security.  Develop and present IT project proposals to improve the quality of software and network security for the company. Coordinate efforts and communication between internal IT team and outsource partners. 
Currently work with and run business accounting and distribution software on an IBM  I-series  power 7 system.  I also work with and manage the company's internal network, on multiple VM's run on a Windows server platform.  The company has contracts with Dell/Sonic Wall for our managed firewall and our email appliance of which I manage.

High Adventure Power Sports and Marine

I created and presented a business plan to start a new power sports dealership. I was responsible for all aspects of starting, marketing and running a successful power sports and boat dealership. (Licensing, Flooring, Finance, Payroll, Marketing, and management of employees.) While general manager of High Adventure Power Sports and Marine we won many awards for the growth we experienced as a new dealership. This was due in large part to our creative marketing and exceptional customer service. I established relationships with banks and vendors for the constant improvement of the power sports business.

Responsible for developing key relationships with vendors while negating pricing and lead times for different packaging needs.

Purchasing Agent

Helped customers find innovative packaging to meet their marketing and packaging needs. Comfortable with finding and developing new customers.  Primary customers are other businesses, in a business to business relationship.

Sales

Hughes Christiansen Co.

In charge of oil well diamond drill bit designs for South America. Primarily in Columbia, Argentina, and Venezuela.  Comfortable with CAD programs, 3D modeling, and finite element analysis.

Mechanical Design Engineer

I have  been with Industrial Container & Supply for over 20 Years, and have been involved in almost all areas of business. Sales, Purchasing, General Manager (Sister Company - High Adventure Power Sports and Marine) and now Director of IT for Industrial Container & Supply. While serving in these areas I have been able to develop and refine skills, such as: business communication, business and project planning, purchasing and finance, and most all areas of IT, including project management and computer infrastructure.
