Randy is a Founder, CEO, and start-up executive.  He was Founder and CEO of NewVantage Partners (NVP), a data and AI leadership advisory firm to Fortune 1000 clients, which he founded in 2001 and led for 20 years until NVP was acquired by Wavestone, a Paris-based global consultancy, in 2021.

He was previously an early-stage senior executive at two venture backed startups, Veridiem (Northbridge, Venrock) as Chief Marketing Officer, and Wheelhouse (Kleiner Perkins, Charles River) as a Founding Executive and VP/Market Development.
