Another professional milestone was as SVP at Insomniac, he led all the visual content that helped them secure a Joint Venture with LiveNation and become the world’s largest EDM Promoter. He conceived numerous trailers, from copy development to final production for high profile branded partners. In a previous role as SVP, Music Video at Interscope, Randy ran their music video department, overseeing a yearly $30M+ budget for artists like Eminem, 50 Cent and Sting, generating $100M+ revenue. Randy applies participative & servant leadership styles when managing all types of cross-functional teams. He believes in equipping them to thrive—and then letting them fly. He loves building platforms that allow artists to realize their vision through timeless content that elevates, while also monetizing their creation. Randy has received various industry honors, including MTV, Art Directors Club, and Clio Awards. When he’s not running projects, Randy might be spinning records at a friend’s wedding.
