Rania has a distinctive blend of commercial Human Resources leadership skills, acquired during 25 years of international experience gained across a range of sectors, particularly Healthcare, Life Sciences and FMCG. Rania is familiar with operating in a number of emerging markets and in Europe, where she has designed and implemented HR strategies with great success. Rania has often combined a general management role with her functional leadership role, whilst remaining strongly aligned to group strategy. She is exceptionally strong in situations (e.g. post-merger integration) that demand restructuring at pace of an internal HR organization simultaneously with the execution of a new business strategy and leading change management initiatives.
