As a Life and Mindset Coach and a Creative Educator with 18+ years of experience and extensive training in the fields of education and psychology, and as a mother of 4 amazing kids and a mentor to many youth, I have learned the importance of mastering our thinking for better decision making.

My story? It might surprise you.

For years, I seemed to have it all. A successful career, a happy family, traveling the world —on the outside, everything looked perfect. But inside, I was struggling. I spent years trying to meet expectations, constantly aiming for perfection, and in the process, I lost myself.

Then one day, I decided enough was enough. I attended a workshop that completely shifted my perspective, and that was the start of my journey to self-discovery. Through coaching certifications with John Maxwell and other leaders, I uncovered my true strengths and started to help others do the same.

 Over the last few years, I’ve coached people from all walks of life, helping them break free from limiting beliefs and reclaim their personal power. Whether it’s about decision-making, overcoming challenges, or reaching higher levels of success—I'm here to help you make it happen.

التحكم الذاتي هو لما تقدر توقف نفسك بلحظة ضعف صغيرة
تختار تشتغل بدل ما تفتح إنستغرام
أو تروح النادي بدل ما تأجل لبكرا
بمعنى آخر هو قدرتك على إدارة اللحظة الآن.

أما العزيمة فهي قصتها أطول شوي
هي لما تكمّل على نفس الطريق لسنين رغم التعب والخذلان والملل
