I’m not the loudest guy in the room. From early-stage startups to scaling orgs, we’ve supported companies across the U.S. with end-to-end hiring, placing people who don’t just fit the job, but fit the mission. Whether it’s the company’s first 10 hires or critical exec roles, we come in when the stakes are high and the margin for error is low. But there’s another side to what I do. When I started, I searched everywhere for a real roadmap to launch and scale a recruiting business. All I found were recycled PDFs and noisy playbooks. So I built the thing I wish existed.
