My role involves shaping the digital health landscape with a focus on:

- AI Regulatory Framework: I'm deeply involved in crafting a regulatory framework that encourages responsible AI application in healthcare, prioritizing patient safety and equitable care.

- Comprehensive Technology Evaluation: I'm dedicated to promoting the evaluation of digital health technologies with a focus on long-term cost-benefit analysis and value-based models for the benefit of all.

Head of AI Policy and Impact Assessment

I've led and took part in various national digital health programs. My role has encompassed the following key areas:

- Digital Health Economic Evaluation program: leading a program to create evaluation methods for digital health initiatives, aiming to improve sustainable practices and resource allocation.

- Pioneering Pilot Initiatives: evaluating digital health technology pilots and contributing to the creation of collaboration frameworks between health organizations and startups, fostering innovation and partnerships.

- Telemedicine Advancement: played a role in advancing telemedicine within the Israeli healthcare system. During the Coronavirus Pandemic, I helped ensure the continuity of ambulatory services, which contributed to the deployment of telemedicine services and infrastructure.

- Driving Research Collaboration: worked collaboratively with the Ministry's Chief Scientists to support research in the digital health field, with the aim of advancing innovation in healthcare.

Co-founded the Israeli Telemedicine Community (ITC), a thriving network of over 1,000 healthcare professionals dedicated to advancing telemedicine in Israel. Founded and currently leading the Community Research Club within ITC, uniting over 300 members from the health tech ecosystem to exchange knowledge, foster local and international collaborations, and identify research opportunities. At Briefery, a mobile-first business process automation startup, I accelerated digital transformation for small and medium-sized businesses. My work helped drive strategic growth, including expansion into the industrial sector and the development of a holistic Business Intelligence (BI) module.

As a Senior Manager at CCR, I specialized in providing management consulting services to prominent publicly traded companies in Israel. My primary focus was on enhancing risk management and process excellence across diverse sectors, collaborating with renowned organizations such as Stratasys, Reit1, Azrieli Group, CyberArk, and Delta Galil.

**Key Responsibilities and Achievements**:

- Advised clients on various critical business processes, including procurement, sales, operations, inventory management, and intellectual property. 

- Conducted in-depth financial analysis to uncover actionable insights, enabling clients to make informed decisions.

- Conducted interviews and engaged with stakeholders at all levels to gather valuable input and perspectives.

- Collaborated closely with executive management teams to develop effective strategies for mitigating risks and improving processes.

- Presented findings and recommendations to the Board of Directors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

For a period of three years, I had the privilege of working alongside Professor Dov Chernichovsky in developing economic models tailored to the healthcare sector. These models were utilized in the development of new policies for healthcare service and technology pricing.

Economic Modeling Consultant 

I'm a results-driven professional with a diverse skill set spanning strategic program leadership, operational excellence, economic modeling, and policy crafting. My journey began in finance and management consulting, where I honed my ability to drive innovation. I later delved into healthcare, fostering a profound sense of purpose.

Today, I lead AI policy and impact assessment at the Ministry of Health, where I work on creating an environment conducive to the implementation and use of AI medical devices, as well as shaping national best practices for evaluating digital health technologies. I'm passionate about leveraging AI's potential for healthcare and invite local and global collaborations in this exciting endeavor.
