- Increase brand turnover and market shares by optimizing the brand offer and visibility, in respect of the brand DNA and budgets.
- Run market/business performance analysis to assess effectiveness of initiatives and impact on the business metrics (sell in, sell out, …).
- Define the 360° new product launch marketing mix : from product forecasting and positioning to the implementation on the field, working with all stakeholders to ensure the completion of the actions.
