I am a marketing leader with over 11 years of experience in the content and branding space, helping software companies build quality products and brands. Currently, I am the Chief Marketing Officer at Bugasura, the ultimate AI-powered bug management tool for modern technology teams. At Bugasura, I lead the user acquisition, revenue growth, and product marketing strategies, leveraging my skills in content, brand, and product marketing. I have contributed to increasing customer acquisition by 30% YoY, improving revenue by 50% YoY, and launching two top products on Product Hunt. In addition to my role at Bugasura, I am also a co-founder of HSR Founders Club, a community of founders - built and run by founders. I manage the admin, communications, partnerships, and events for the club, with the mission to help entrepreneurs in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, access the real people, relevant resources, effective tools, and dope events that will supercharge their entrepreneurial journey. I am passionate about leadership, workplace empathy, and startup culture, and I aim to promote more women in leadership positions and build diversity in gender-skewed industries like technology. I write a medium publication of short horror stories called "The Shpookies" in my spare time. I hope you get to read my book or watch my anthology in an OTT soon :) Talk to me about anything marketing, community building, books, latest ad campaigns, and/just general life stuff :)

The vibe at HSR Founders Club #AFTERPARTY - our second anniversary was slightly different than last year's. For starters: 1. This year we had a bigger space and a larger turnout - 100+ founders under one really majestic roof at ATLANTIS, HSR. 2. We had startup IMPROV games - an activity new to our format of events. We had one founder go up against another in a game called - Questions Only. In this game, founders would be given a startup scenario and they would have to talk to each other in questions only. Anyone that answered, would lose and the winning founder would go up against another, for upto 3 rounds. 5 winning founders bagged goodies from Mixpanel. 3. We had a lot of NEW founders show up but by the end of the night everyone had made at least one friend and several stayed even after wrap up (leaving at as late as 12.30 AM - our party ended at 11 PM) 4. We made our first batch of wearable swag designed on Canva (lol) and founders from the community - Sukirti (CAKEDAY BAKEHOUSE and Foorqan (@Giftnation) took care of the cake and the printing order. We did quite a lot ast year - 2 back to back conferences, #BuildersBounty - our funding event helping 6 startups with on-spot termsheets, several meetups and countless founders cracking real business partnerships through the community. Next year, we have more on our plate: - Akshay and Sandeep are building #HYPERBUILD - Rejoe is launching an Angel Syndicate and a fun AI agents event - #AGENTVERSE And all of us together are bringing back the monthly club meetups! Building alone should never be a blocker for any startup. At #HSRFC, you'll always find your tribe. To another year around the sun, community! Cheers,

A few weeks ago, I ran a poll for marketers on my network/feed. I asked how many of you were looking for fractional roles vs full time roles. Over 70% were looking for full time roles. But 23% of them were scouting fractional roles - most of them senior, with years under their belt and great marketing chops. And the rest 2% didn't know which route to take or what to do next. This is for you: - The ones that are currently fractional-ing - The ones that have been without a job for over a year - The ones that don't know what to pursue next - The ones that want to scale up their fractional practice I am teaming up with Anuj Adhiya 📈 - the guy that wrote the book on "Growth Hacking for Dummies" and the guy that has been in the fractional growth space for way longer than I have been (internationally) - to bring you a NO BS + TRUTH ONLY chitty chat on what it actually is like to go the fractional route. Ive been at tis only since the last 5 months but I've had some learnings. I've also gotten some questions from fellow marketers on things like what kind of project to take, how to price it, and whether only-equity projects are right. Anuj and I will break all of that down in this webinar. It will be a safe space for marketers. So come with your questions, your fears, your worries, and we'll help you out to the best of our abilities. Let's jam, then? Where: Google Meet When: Wed 14 May | 6:30 PM IST Registration details in the comments. #fractionalmarketing #growthadvisory #webinar

This is just a small sneak peek into what Anuj and I will be offering at the end of our webinar on "The Truth about Going Fractional" From the get go, Anuj was like - let's offer something of super deep value to the folks that sign up. And that's how I knew this is going to be the most useful experience for folks that are: 1. Without a job for over a year 2. Transitioning into full time to fractional but feeling like they jumped into chaos 3. Can't decide if fractional is the way to go We are going to be breaking down everything about fractional gigs and in a way that nobody will tell you - because Anuj has several years of experience doing this, and I have my 5-month old learnings. I've seen the details in this document (from which Im sharing the screenshot) and I swear - there are things in it that I have learned too and can't wait to incorporate! It will be exclusively available to folks that register for the webinar. We've kept the webinar paid (₹399/- nominal) so we only get seriously interested folks that we can openly talk to. Wed, 14 May 06:30 - 08:00 PM (GMT+5:30, 6.30 PM IST) Register: https://shorturl.at/P60DX
