AMFO

AMFO was an organization that was financed by the Netherlands at the time. The organization financed projects of NGO's on the islands of the former Netherlands Antilles (with the exception of Aruba) in the battle against poverty, in the broadest sense of the word. As interim management the interim director and myself restructured and redesigned the former AMFO organization. During this time we negotiated with the Ministry of BZK in the Netherlands how we would prevent future misuse of funding by designing the most effective and efficient organizational and legal structure possible. Besides the amended agreements, we  also optimized corresponding amended processes and procedures.

Ik vind het nog steeds jammer dat het #vakblad Coaching magazine tijdens de corona periode is opgeheven. Coaching magazine werd jarenlang periodiek uitgebracht op #Curaçao en #Aruba met als #doelgroepen #leidinggevenden en #directeuren. 

Ik heb in het verleden met veel plezier meerdere #artikelen voor Coaching magazine mogen schrijven over verschillende facetten van #leiderschap. 

Dit artikel “De kracht van authentiek leiderschap”, dat ik in 2020 heb geschreven, kwam ik gisteren weer tegen en is denk ik vandaag de dag nog steeds heel relevant. Dus ik wil het graag met jullie delen. Authentiek leiderschap: Wat zijn #karakteristieken van authentieke #leiders? Hoe kun je jouw #authenticiteit vergroten? En is het moeilijker te handhaven in kleine gemeenschappen?
