Hacienda is a freelance collective that helps companies in their tech transition process building great user-centered and data-driven products.

The position was offered to me after former team PM and EM left the company. Responsible for rebuilding the team from scratch. The team reached 15+ engineers before splitting for agility purposes.

Responsible for both big structural projects (signup/login methods and logic revamp) and more regular driver-oriented projects (offline mode, loyalty program...).

Despite the fact that I did not stay too long in the team I had the opportunity to ship a couple of driver-oriented impactful features (night mode, store rating suggestion, ringtone selection...)

In charge of the launch of a community platform to help coworkers @ Nextdoor thrive. The goal is to enable valuable interactions within the community as a part of Nextdoor's core value proposition beyond space rent.

Missions include rethinking user stories and defining user-centric use cases for a community of 5000+ people present in 6 sites all over the country.
Working with a cross-functional team of 7 people in the company and a developers team in Jerusalem.

Initially, a full startup project (now a side project) deepdives aimed at helping people learn about tomorrow key tech subjects such as AI, circular economy, IOT... with a great AI-powered pedagogy. We were about to sign with Suez but the delay was too big for us to survive.

Now focused on B2C aspect. Everyday content recommendation based on people's interest to open horizons and develop critical thinking.

During the whole adventure, I was in charge of the tech part of the project designing and developing our prototypes and MVP. But considering the team size, I was also working on building a real business case for our startup and not only a cool product.
