Instructor

Rasheed moved to BenchSci in 2018 as the Head of Delivery. Now the VP of Business Operations & Delivery, he leads the Program Management Office (PMO), Business Operations (BizOps), Solution Architect (SA), and the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) teams.

Rasheed is a developer turned force multiplier with an obsession with change management, high-performing team building, operational excellence, and high-impact delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Through his unique career, Rasheed has led strategic operational and security initiatives, helped develop and launch products, delivered a plethora of client pitches, and worked with legal teams to de-risk the business. He has also managed and augmented cross-regional portfolios while architecting solutions and processes with a client-centric approach in heavily regulated North American and European industries.

When he is not working he is spending time with his family, getting his pilot's license or riding his Ducati.
