Roles and Responsibilities:
- Administering & designing LANs, WANs, WLANs, internet/intranet, and voice networks.
- Design, deploy, operate, document, and maintain functional network infrastructure.
- Identifying work priorities and ensuring effective communication within the team and with external 
partners/stakeholders.
- Investigating, diagnosing, and resolving all network problems.
- Use critical thinking and project management discipline, tools, and techniques in the day-to-day 
execution of responsibilities and in resource and workload planning.
- Maintaining pre-packaged software applications on the LAN.
- Ensure that proper network and communication hardware and software inventories are up to date.
- Maintain all license and support contract documentation.
- Develop and enforce change control procedures.
- Confirm compatibility and manage the impact on the business of all new equipment and changes.
- Respond to all network outages or performance issues to execute necessary repairs or configuration 
changes.
- Design, develop, implement, and manage network services that meet current and future business 
requirements, and apply or extend, enhance, or optimize the existing architecture.
- Review the network security measures and monitoring.
- Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance; troubleshooting network problems and 
outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
- Administrate and maintain Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager for deploying software 
packages, Windows installation through the network, deploying batch scripts including PowerShell and 
command line, and updates.
- Administrating Aruba and Cisco Wireless LAN Controller.
- Administrate and maintain Firewall rules and policies and ensure secure connectivity between the 
network devices and assets. Also, configure secure VPN Tunnels based on the business requirements.

Senior Network Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure computers and peripheral equipment such as printers, scanners, etc.
- Perform audits and tests on computer systems, networks and hardware to ensure it is functioning
 properly.
- Respond to helpdesk requests and assist in troubleshooting any problems that arise.
- Create records of repairs and fixes in the helpdesk system.
- Attempt to replicate reported technical problems and look for solutions.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to avoid system outages and failures.
- Works with team members to troubleshoot both complex and routine computer issues.
- Analyzing computer hardware problems, rectifying them, servicing and replacing parts when
 necessary.
- Train colleagues on how to effectively use computer systems and components.
