My work at McKinsey has enabled me to advise Fortune 100 clients on complex strategic, operational, and organizational challenges. I have driven digital transformations, enhanced organizational effectiveness, and redesigned operating models, all grounded in human-centered qualitative and quantitative research. Furthermore, I have led multiple successful enterprise-wide agility and innovation programs. Prior to McKinsey, I worked at a boutique design thinking firm, where I honed my skills in human-centered design, experience and service design, and innovation. Additionally, I have experience as a professional sports agent, specializing in talent management, sponsorship sales, and licensing and merchandising. Outside of work, writing is my passion as it helps refine my thinking. I author a bi-weekly newsletter with over 1,200 subscribers and have published 80+ opinion pieces in leading global publications. I am an avid golfer, a former varsity tennis player, and a newly minted pickleball enthusiast.
