I am the Founder & CEO of Tomorrowsmith Foundation, a social enterprise working at the intersection of education, health, and environmental justice through the lens of behaviour change. For over a decade and a half, I’ve worked with teachers, trainers, and changemakers to help them design learning experiences that transform. Whether it is building job-readiness in new teachers, reimagining public health training, or embedding equity and empathy into teaching, I believe that learning should lead to action. My core expertise lies in curriculum design, teacher quality, and learning strategy grounded in behavioural science and practical field experience. I have led national-scale education programs, co-created systems change interventions, and advised organisations trying to make learning actually work in classrooms, communities, and beyond. I believe in the power of educators as catalysts. And, I’m committed to building the kind of learning that equips people to stay relevant, resilient, and responsible in a rapidly changing world.
