Developed document specifications to show colleagues how and what materials are to be used in the product packaging process. Over 100 specifications were created for the variety of products.

Identified incomplete, corrupt and inaccurate records from the company database and replacing them with new up to date documents or data within compliance of the companies' code of conduct, making a saving of £50,000.

Developed an internal document database for company forms and process specifications using Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and Powerpoint, saving time and resources. Overall making a saving of £20,000.

Analysed colleagues building products and creating work instructions from their ad hoc knowledge as well as the drawing specifications.

Responsible for the product data transfer of all parts produced within our site to our sister site overseas in Germany, India and the United States of America.

Liaised with companies such as Airbus, Boeing and Emirates to understand their requirements on repairs or orders needed by them.
