As head of product innovation at Ruby Datum, a UK based client collaboration and virtual data room company, I was a key contributor to the Company's strategy and vision for virtual data room and document/data/task collaboration product development and growth aimed at driving customer satisfaction. 
I also led the legal practice knowledge and experience for Ruby Datum to enhance product design and development, new features and functionalities to enhance automation of data rooms, new use cases of data room, data analysis and usage opportunities for clients, and collaborations with other emerging technologies. 
In addition to Ruby Datum, I was instrumental in driving and promoting innovation and thought leadership initiatives for the LawTech.Live channel across legal industry including law schools, universities, global forums, etc. (ongoing)

In my role as a Chief Innovation Officer (CIO), I was instrumental in defining and implementing the legal tech and innovation roadmap, strategy, and architecture for Algo Legal, an innovative law firm based out of India that was into the niche PE and VC investment space. I donned the roles of a strategic designer and thinker, right from ideation - to - conceptualizing – to – project management - scoping, defining processes, evaluating and implementing suitable tech (existing/new), training, establishing data collection and management, culture change and innovative outreach initiatives for the firm. Research and development were a core part that included mapping of user requirements, evaluating approx. 200 products across product/solution categories, developing a research database of key products/solutions in market relevant for Algo’s practice, legal tech update tracking, trends and predictions, incubation initiatives for legal tech startups, etc.
I am passionate about bringing change first followed by innovation and tech into the legal space to make the legal services accessible to all, and to create client centric solutions. Designed and launched new lines of business - ESOP and Corporate Secretarial Services with relevant fee earners leading the practice, designed and developed proprietary transaction management platform for the PE/VC practice area and several other new use cases for existing products.
I like to engage, collaborate, and work with multi-disciplinary teams as that helps provide holistic business approach and solution.
