In my role as the South Asia Admission Specialist at Churchill Institute of Higher Education (CIHE), I was tasked with overseeing the Bachelor of Business program offering majors in Accounting, Hospitality, Information Systems, and Management.

My main duties included student recruitment, admissions evaluation, counseling and advising, collaboration and coordination, market analysis and reporting, compliance and documentation, as well as organizing events and outreach activities.

This role involved a comprehensive approach encompassing recruitment strategies, evaluation processes, advisory services, coordination efforts, and strategic planning aimed at attracting and assisting qualified students from South Asian countries throughout the admissions process.

My primary responsibility as the APIC Country Representative in Nepal is to establish and cultivate connections with existing and potential students, educational consultancies, educational advisors, parents, and other relevant parties. Additionally, in charge of developing and implementing marketing and promotional campaigns to enhance brand recognition, entice prospective students, increase enrollment rates, and identifying promising candidates, evaluating applications, and managing the admissions process.
